Muhamet Rrumbullaku is an old policeman, he may be among the oldest who is on duty. It has served in all governments and seems to be the best solution to lead the police in a "crossroads situation", as the prime minister described the police situation in his presentation. The Prime Minister gave him 100 days to choose the right path for the police at this crossroads.

Mr. Rrumbullaku is a really good, professional and honest policeman. But what can he do for the police in 100 days, or even more than that?

And, above all, at what crossroads is the police?

Kush e dërgoi atë ne udhën - kryq, sa tani dikujt i duhet që, ne menyre ultimative, ta nxjerrë prej aty, apo te orientojë se nga do tia mbajë?

Nëse policine e kanë dërguar aty paraardhësit e Rrumbullakut(padyshim, jo ai që ndenji vetëm pak muaj), atëherë ata duhet të mbajnë përgjegjësi, dhe jo të gradohen në detyra të tjera të larta.

Ndërsa publikisht nuk sqarohet se nga se vuan policia, ato që janë brenda saj përcaktojnë dy sëmundje të rënda:

Korruptimi dhe inkriminimi i policeve edhe ne nivele te larta, dhe politizimi i strukturave drejtuese.

In a country where the police have left strong shadows of suspicion after every anti-drug operation, where large quantities of cocaine have been caught or "stolen" in the port of Durres, or where the policemen served as bodyguards of the most wanted man by justice, it is difficult to direct journey for 100 days. After all, its corruption took place in a pyramidal and capillary way.

The political use has also been a continuation, from one government to another ("the earthquake" of the elections in Dibër was a police action rather than an election process).

That's why we need a magician at the head of our police to show the right way at a crossroads without signs.

However, we have no choice but to hope and believe, and we give all our support to Mr. Rrumbullaku, as we need a strong, professional and impartial police.
