In the episodic paragraphs with political submissions, SPAK presents passive and active corruption as an argument, but also money laundering,

a) the payments that ARGITA MALLTEZI made for consultations and medical visits for Mr. BERISHA

b) for holidays for the BERISHA couple

c) payments to the law firm for the "non grata" case.

Such logic of SPAK does not hold either legally or morally.

It is even a legal falsity.

First, the payments made are self-declared and have been transmitted through legal channels with justifiable amounts on their part.

Second, how can it be called corruption when children, according to their ability, pay for their parents' health or support?!!!

What article of the code are SPAK prosecutors referring to?!

Even morally, every child has a duty to do this.

And this thing happens every day in the Albanian reality.

According to SPAK, any such aid received is a crime, passive corruption!???

Where has this been seen and heard?!!!!

This is terrible!

The opposite would be a moral crime Mr. SPAK!

Thirdly, the Malltezi couple made the payments to the law firm for themselves and of course for Mr. Berisha.

According to SPAK, paying a law firm to defend yourself and your father is a crime. O tempo o mores! Each person, according to the declared financial possibility, chooses whomever he likes, because he does the job better.

Dealing

American justice proved that the relationship between Charles McGonigal and Agron Neza has a "corrupt nature" and this is related to the interests of the Albanian government in the United States of America.

McGonigal was paid KESH, i.e. with undeclared corrupt money, by NEZA for the Prime Minister's interests. But this active, passive corrupt operation and money laundering is not yet a crime for SPAK.

Even the one who had corrupt intentions in this affair, RAMA, which he carried out, has not yet been called as a witness. This small confrontation is enough to prove, for the umpteenth time, the political capture of SPAK and its absurdity of accusations and political submissions to Mr. BERISHA and MALLTEZI.
