Zhdukja e fëmijës në Durrës/ Policia del me njoftim zyrtar

Policia e Durrësit ka dalë me një njoftim zyrtar në lidhje me zhduken e 3-vjeçarit. Policia bën me dije se gjyshi i fëmijës, me iniciale R. Gj., është nën hetim nga policia. 

Shërbimet e Policisë kanë ushtruar kontroll në banesën e gjyshit, por nuk e kanë gjetur fëmijën. Ka qenë nëna e fëmijës, e cila ka bërë denoncimin në polici, pasi gjyshërit i kishin marrë fëmijën. 

Njoftimi i Policisë: 

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Durrës referuan materialet në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi penal për shtetasin R. Gj., 60 vjeç, pasi më datë 13.04.2024, në këtë komisariat, është paraqitur një shtetase 23 vjeçe, banuese në Durrës, e cila ka kallëzuar se vjehrri i saj, shtetasi R. Gj., ka marrë fëmijën e saj 3 vjeç dhe nuk ia ka kthyer më.

Shërbimet e Policisë kanë ushtruar kontroll në banesën e shtetasit R. Gj., por nuk e kanë gjetur fëmijën. Vijojnë kontrollet intesive për gjetjen e tij.

Për ecurinë e kërkimeve dhe të veprimeve hetimore për këtë rast do të ketë njoftime të tjera në vijim.

Materialet procedurale i kanë kaluar Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Durrës, për veprime të mëtejshme, për veprën penale “Marrja e padrejtë e fëmijës”./CNA
