Convicted for drugs and fraud/ Extradited from Italy, Germany and Greece, 3

In the framework of the ongoing cooperation between Interpol Tirana and counterparts in Italy, Germany and Greece, with the objective of locating, arresting and extraditing the citizens announced as wanted internationally, the following extraditions were carried out:

-from Italy to Albania, SP citizen, 42 years old. The Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned the 42-year-old, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. He is accused that in cooperation with the citizen Gj. L., during the 2017-2018 period, sold about 67 kg of cannabis sativa narcotics;

- from Germany to Albania, of the citizen A. Gj., 43 years old, resident in Shkodër, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër has assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense " Production and sale of narcotics", carried out in collaboration. He is accused of having cooperated in the production and sale of 20 kilograms of cannabis sativa narcotic substance, which was seized by the Police, in the village of Grudë Fushë, in 2021.

- from Greece to Albania, of the citizen BK alias ZK, 65 years old, resident in Durrës, after the Court of First Instance of Durrës has sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment for the criminal offense of "Fraud".

The extradited citizens have been handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons.
