The Fier Prosecutor's Office requests 'Prison arrest' for FM and KM citizens for 'Premeditated murder' carried out in collaboration and 'Production, purchase or sale of cold weapons'

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, in cooperation with the judicial police, made possible the complete legal documentation of the event that occurred on 11.03.2024, in the center of the city of Fier, in front of the "Piazza" Bar Restaurant. where around 11:30 AM, FM and KM citizens, in cooperation with each other, hit the GB citizen with a sharp tool (knife), where he died as a result of his injuries.

In relation to this event, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction registered on 11.03.2024 criminal case no. 382, for the criminal offenses "Murder with premeditation", committed in cooperation and "Production, possession, purchase or sale without permission of cold weapons", provided by articles 78/1-25 and 279/2 of the Penal Code, in charge of FM and KM citizens

Also, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier has asked the court to assign security measures of coercive character "Arrest in prison", provided by article 238 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to the citizens of FM and KM
