2 Turks are arrested in Rinas, they tried to cross the border with fake Greek

The police have arrested in Rinas 2 Turkish citizens who tried to leave Albania with forged Greek passports. MS, 38 years old, and DA, 26 years old, both residents of Turkey, were captured by the police.

Police Notification: 

As a result of increased checks by the Border Police services and the use of modern tools for examining documents, 2 cases of attempts to cross the border with forged documents were detected.

2 Turkish citizens who tried to leave Albania with forged Greek passports were arrested in the act.

Fake passports and travel tickets are confiscated.

Rinas Border Police Services, as a result of increased controls and the use of modern tools for examining documents, based on risk analysis, have hit 2 cases of attempts to cross the border with forged documents. For these two cases, the crime investigation specialists of DVKM Tirana arrested Turkish citizens in the act:

MS, 38 years old and DA, 26 years old, both living in Turkey.

These citizens presented at the counter, at the exit, Greek passports with their data, which after examination in the laboratory, turned out to be forged. The fake passports and travel tickets of these citizens were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
