The explosion in the SP deputy's property is a state crime

After the tragedy, there were many questions, one of them being the main one: Why was Lushnja's deputy, Bujar Çela, there?

This show will try to shed light with evidence and documents on what should be considered a genuine crime of power. According to the official acts of the State Police, in the tragedy of Lushnja, mother and son Roland and Elidon Hoxha lost their lives, and 7 citizens were injured, among them Bujar Çela, Saimir Korreshi and Erigert Gorovelli.

These names are not simply for chronic fact, but through them, we will unravel the truth that is being hidden.

When Bujar Çela approaches the door of the Assembly, for the first time as a deputy, he declares some land as assets to the ILDKPI. All these properties bought at ridiculous values. One of these properties bought for 200 thousand lek is the land of 4640 m2 where the tragedy of March 1 took place.

On September 19 of last year, Eriselda Sefa with her own hand signed a construction permit with the investor, the deputy of Lushnja, Bujar Cela, also in the capacity of the head of PS Lushnja, to build a warehouse with an area of ??1080m2.

Someone would think that there is nothing out of the ordinary, if it weren't for the fact that there were buildings and existing warehouses built there earlier, built without permission, but which have brought good income to Bujar Çela, even though undeclared.

Evidence for this can be found in the documents submitted by the police to the Fier prosecutor's office, but also to the national business center.

Until 2018, Bujar Çela appeared as the sole partner in the company 'Alsi shpk'.

According to official data, the company has as its stated address a 1-story building near the rotunda of the plasma, that is exactly the scene of our story.

Although there is a plot of land on paper, on the ground we find not only buildings, but also tenants.

Questioned by the police, citizen Shaqir Kasapi declares that he rented a warehouse from citizen Bujar Çela, where he produces aluminum objects.

The builder Leonard Gjini declares that he has concluded a business contract for the construction of a warehouse with a value of 170 thousand euros with the MP Bujar Çela. On February 10, 2024, the application for the start of the works was made, but after this action, the MP owner waited for the release of the existing facility to start the works.

So during the time that the deputy was demolishing a building without permission and undeclared is also the time when the tragedy happened that killed father and son.

When asked by the police, the citizen Bujar Lila declares that he has a trade subsidiary in Lushnje in Bujar Çela's property in Plastmasi. He declares in front of the officers that he continues the activity after he had spoken and agreed with the deputy that the moment the new barn was built, the rental contract would begin. This citizen declares that he has seen the crane several times removing the old cranes from the existing silo and replacing them with new ones. These works had been carried out for about a month.

These facts are enough that Bujar Çela had built a warehouse without permission to secure undeclared income from it.

Eriselda Sefe's permit would be the legal act of notarization to cover several years of illegality of the socialist deputy. Carelessness and greed made it impossible to realize the plan of the head of PS Lushnjë.

Elton Korreshi is the deputy mayor of the Municipality but directly connected to the tragedy. His brother Saimir Korreshi is one of the injured from the explosion, because their family activity takes place inside that property.

It is interesting that during the investigations the police made an effort to manipulate the truth of the relationship between the deputy and the property and the buildings located there. As he claimed for our camera, the deputy mayor of the Municipality, Saimir Korreshi, works as a tenant of Bujar Çela's property. If you see the documents, the police present them as the property of Saimir Korreshi. Is this a slip by the policeman who took the notes or a desperate attempt to protect the deputy?

Our efforts to communicate with the police of Lushnja were not realized even after numerous requests.

On March 1, Albania recognized Bujar Çele, an investor, and for some, it was the first time they heard the name of the silent member of the Assembly. No one remembers his pathos-filled speeches about the Lushnjare woes, because he never gave them. For the general public, the feat is known for other things.

His plan as an investor was reborn as a tribute to the initiators of the infamous law on protected areas. Practically, the deputy who was entrusted to protect Karavastana, proposed and signed its destruction.

But Bujar Çela was so interesting even before he became an MP, before he became an investor and before he was killed by carelessness.

A villa behind the Roza Haxhiu stadium on a plot of 300 meters, but in fact, as we verified and it is clear from the pictures, it is several times larger. An apartment in Durrës, an apartment in Tirana, more than 55 thousand m2 of land acquired for 600 thousand Lek.

All these assets of the sheikh, he declares, were created as a result of an exhausting work in emigration in the years 1991-1997. The year in which he says he returned to Albania to invest by founding Alsi shpk. This year is very interesting to invest right in the middle of social unrest...

This fact was forgotten by the deputy investor in the declaration of wealth and why it is a legal obligation that could cost both the mandate and freedom.

Alsi shpk as an object of activity has a quarry and lime production on a picturesque hillside in the village of Stan in Karbunare. In 2012, Bujar Çela suspended the economic activity of the quarry. From our observation right in the village of Stan in Karbunare and according to the residents of the area outside the cameras, it does not seem as if the quarry stopped its work 12 years ago. Even many residents blame the activity of the deputy's company for the damage to the road in their village.

In 2018, the investor-deputy discovers in himself the charitable plantain. In an act of selflessness for his economic interests, he donates all of the company's shares to a not-so-ordinary citizen. This lucky beneficiary is precisely Erigert Gorovelli. The name that appears among the injured in the March 1 tragedy.

The coincidences do not end here. Despite the voluminous work of the police that reached the point of questioning the minors and the injured, from the verification of the documents it appears that Erigert Gorovelli is the only injured eyewitness who was not questioned.

This citizen, according to his self-declared biography at the CEC in 2023, is the head of the Karbunare SP. His work experience is only related to the village post office. It is not known what he did with the shares donated by the charity of his local political boss.

He is currently a member of the municipal council in Lushnja.

In 2021, like his parliamentary colleagues, Bujar Çela completes the decriminalization form as provided by law. The form in question has cost the Socialist Party quite a few names and numbers. In point 8 of the form, there is an apparently innocent question for the deputies.

Have you ever lived outside the territory of the Republic of Albania for more than a month?

To this question, MP Bujar answers with an unconvinced No. Ironically, Çela has forgotten what he declared earlier about the source of his income. For the years 1991-97, he declared an income from emigration of 300 million ALL.

Did Bujari make the 300 million in 29 days or did he deceive the High Inspectorate of Assets Declaration? These questions go beyond a TV show, now SPAK will have to deepen the investigations not only for the tragedy of March 1, but also for the unjustified wealth of MP Bujar Çela.

What appeared to be a tragic accident, after the dust of the explosion has settled, revealed a genuine state crime with the involvement of all responsible agencies.
