The Tirana police have arrested a 38-year-old man with the initials OB, who is accused of stealing 15,000 euros from an apartment. 

Police Notification: 

It is finalized by Police Station No. 2, the police operation coded "Key" to crack down on criminal activity in the field of property theft.

The 38-year-old man was arrested for stealing 15,000 euros in an apartment.

Sums of suspected stolen money, which were found in the apartment of the suspected perpetrator, a vehicle as well as the clothes that the perpetrator used during the incident are seized.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 2 following the work to combat criminal activities in the field of property theft and to bring to the fore the criminal responsibility of the citizens who commit them, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Key".

As a result, the OB citizen, 38 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Theft", provided by Article 134 of the Criminal Code.

This citizen is suspected of having stolen the amount of 15,000 euros in an apartment in the Municipality of Paris on 25.08.2024.

As material evidence, sums of suspected stolen money, a vehicle, and clothing that the suspected author used during the theft were seized. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office./CNA
