Another person announced as a wanted FB citizen has been extradited to Albania.

The 37-year-old with two identities was announced as an international wanted man after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana decided the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Strikes against the family members of the person performing a duty" state," committed in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured Criminal Group," and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a Structured Criminal Group and Criminal Organization."

This citizen is suspected of having threatened with a pistol the husband of a female judge who was part of the jury in a trial against an organized crime group in 2019. From the conducted investigations and surveillance of security cameras, the author of this attack has been identified as citizen FB, alias FZ

"The operations were carried out thanks to the provision of information by the State Police and timely exchange with Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany, through Interpol Tirana.

As part of these operations, the following citizens were arrested in Germany: - FB, alias FZ, 37 years old, born in Vlora. 

This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana decided the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offenses "Strikes against family members of the person performing a state duty" and committed in collaboration in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured Criminal Group," and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a Structured Criminal Group and Criminal Organization."

Another extradited person is a 25-year-old EK citizen. This citizen, in May 2024, in Durrës, at "Rethrottullimi i Plepave", after a conflict for weak motives, wounded the citizen RB with a firearm.

"- EK, 25 years old, born in Kavaje. 

This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Durrës Court of General Jurisdiction, in May 2024, set the measure of personal security "Prison", for the criminal offense "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons" combat and ammunition."

Summary of the facts: This citizen, in May 2024, in Durrës, at the "Poplar Roundabout", after a conflict for weak motives, wounded the RB citizen with a firearm.

"Interpol Tirana is cooperating with Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany for the extradition of these two citizens to our country", the announcement states. / CNA
