An assassination attempt took place in the village of Dragoç in Postriba, where a 33-year-old man was killed.

Ramazan Mataj, 33 years old, was executed with a Kalashnikov inside his vehicle.

The victim's father told the police that his family has no conflicts and he does not know the reason for his son's murder.

"I don't know the reason for the murder. My son has had no problems with other people and no conflicts. We are not aware of any conflicts. My son grew up without bread and with many difficulties. He was not a problematic person at all. At 22:00 I spoke to the boy for the last time and he did not express any concern to me. We are shocked and ask for the incident to be clarified."

The serious incident took place at 22:00 yesterday evening. The police are working to solve the incident and identify the perpetrator. /CNA
