The blocking of 3.4 million euros in the Port of Durrës / SPAK sends the "Toyota Auris" file for judgment

The Special Prosecutor's Office has sent the Toyota Auris file for trial.

According to the journalist Klodiana Lala, the defendants are 4 people: the former chief prosecutor of Vlora, Aurel Zarka, the former judicial police officer at the former prosecutor's office for Serious Crimes, Erjona Daupaj, the lawyer Radovan Çela and Astrit Vladi.

These citizens are accused of corruption, illegal influence and disclosure of investigative secrets.

According to SPAK, the citizens have asked for bribes to influence the judges and prosecutors who investigated and judged the 3.4 million euro file that was blocked in the Port of Durrës, in order to favor the defendants.

SPAK also accuses them of favoring Suel Çela in order to release the assets seized as part of Operation Force of the Law.

The Special Court is expected to draw lots to determine the preliminary judge who will examine it./ CNA
