The police of Shkodra have arrested a 28-year-old man with the initials SM, who is suspected of placing explosives in the gate of a citizen's apartment and stealing another citizen's motorcycle on June 29 of last year. 

Two days later, the young man hit a citizen with hard objects and destroyed his vehicle. 

Police notification: 

Following the national mega-operation "Rule of Law", a citizen wanted for several criminal offenses against the person and property is captured and imprisoned.
The operation for his capture, by the Shkodër Police Station, in cooperation with the Lezhë Police Station.
The 28-year-old is suspected of destruction of property with explosives, destruction of property with strong tools, intentional injury and theft.
In implementation of the nationwide mega-operation "Rule of Law", for the capture of citizens in search of and the suppression of various criminal activities, based on the information provided by the police intelligence, by the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes of the Shkoder Police Station, after based on the information provided, in cooperation with the Lezhë Police Station, the operation "Fundjava" was organized and finalized, in the framework of which a citizen was captured and imprisoned:
SM, 28 years old, resident of Shkodër.
The 28-year-old was arrested because the investigations carried out in cooperation with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office showed that:
- on 29.06.2023, in the "10 Korriku" neighborhood, he is suspected of having placed explosives on the door of a citizen's apartment and stolen the motor vehicle of another citizen;
- on 31.05.2023, he hit a citizen with hard objects and destroyed his vehicle.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property with explosives", "Destruction of property", "Intentional minor injury" and "Theft". ./ CNA
