The Australian tourist is injured at "Gjiri i Filikuri"/ She is transported to the hospital

A tourist was injured this afternoon in the place called "Gjiri i Filikuri", in Himare.

The Blues inform that around 17:45 they received a call about the accidental injury of the Australian tourist, who was seeking medical help, on the beach where she was resting.

The services of the Himara Border Police have made it possible to provide the first medical aid, as well as to transport the Australian girl with the initials KS, 22 years old, to the Port of Himara and then by ambulance to the hospital in Himara.

The 22-year-old is currently in the hospital, under the care of doctors, out of danger.

Meanwhile, the investigative group continues its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the event./ BA - CNA.al
