2 Polish citizens are under investigation after they tried to take 84,000 euros out of Albania without declaring them. 

MK, 35 years old and MG, 33 years old tried to pass the amount of money at Hani i Hoti Border Point. 

Police Notification: 

They tried to take out of Albania, without declaring, about 84,000 euros, 2 Polish citizens are being prosecuted.

As a result of the intensification of entry/exit controls, to manage the flow of movement, as well as to prevent and crack down on border crimes, the Border Police services of PKK Hani i Hoti found a case of non-declaration of significant amounts of money, in pkk

Based on the risk analysis, at the exit of RSh, the vehicle driven by the Polish citizens MK, 35 years old, and MG, 33 years old, was passed for checks on the second line. The police found in this vehicle about 84,000 euros that the 2 citizens intended to take out of the country, without declaring it.

At the end of the procedural actions for the case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the 2 Polish citizens, for the criminal offense of "Failure to declare money and valuables at the border". /CNA
