Two Albanian citizens wanted for murder have been extradited to Albania. The police have announced that the citizen Mariglen Përgjini was extradited from Belgium, sentenced to 18 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", while Eraldo Memaj was extradited from Greece. 

The Shkodër Court of Appeal has sentenced this Pergjin to 18 years of imprisonment for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed more than once.

Gjithashtu, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Mat e ka dënuar me 3 vjet e 4 muaj burgim, për veprën penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve”, dënim i cili është konvertuar më pas në shërbim prove.

-Gjithashtu po si rezultat i shkëmbimit të informacionit ndërmjet Interpol Tiranës dhe Interpol Athinës, u bë kapja dhe  ekstradimi nga Greqia drejt Shqipërisë, i shtetasit të kërkuar Eraldo Memaj, banues në Pukë.

Gjykata e Apelit Shkodër e ka dënuar këtë shtetas me 11 vjet burgim, për veprat penale "Vrasja me dashje", mbetur në tentativë dhe “Prodhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe e municionit luftarak”.

Ky shtetas në vitin 2013, në Pukë, për motive të dobëta ka tentuar të vrasë me armë zjarri shtetasin P. V.
