Services of Police Station No. 1 in cooperation with those of the "Shqiponja" Special Force Sector, yesterday provided information from the information intelligence that a suspected armed citizen was driving around in an armored "Audi" type vehicle, with German license plates. Based on this information, the work for his capture was organized and the police operation coded "Surprise" was finalized.

On "Bajram Curri" street, the police services have located and stopped the "Audi" type vehicle with the driver of the citizen KL, who during the physical check found a firearm, a pistol with a comb and combat ammunition, which was seized as material evidence that together with the vehicle and a mobile device.

Following the actions, a citizen of KL, 30 years old, a resident of Gjirokastër, was arrested in the act, suspected of the criminal offense "Possessing and manufacturing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition without a permit"./ CNA
