Autori i krimit, 70-vjeçari me inicialet M.M, ka treguar se sherri ka ndodhur për kanalizimet dhe se kishte kërkuar të sqarohet me fqinjët, por situata kishte tejkaluar limitet dhe në gjaknxehtësi e sipër kishte rrëmbyer armën dhe ka qëlluar të dy fqinjët e tij, ku njëri prej tyre ka ndërruar jetë në vend ndërsa tjetri ndodhet jashtë rrezikut për jetën në spitalin e Traumës.

70-vjeçari ka deklaruar se ata e kishin ofenduar gjatë gjithë ditës së djeshme dhe për këtë arsye debati ishte shumë i fortë.

Për konfliktin ishte në dijeni edhe policia dhe askush nuk kishte ndërhyrë që të ndalonte përshkallëzimin e sherrit./ CNA
