Argument over property/ Armed conflict is prevented in Lezha

Armed conflict is prevented in Lezha. The police informs that they have arrested the 67-year-old man with the initials PN, who threatened his nephew, citizen FN, with a gun. It is suspected that there was a quarrel between them about the property. 

Police Notification: 

The timely intervention of the Police prevented the escalation of a conflict with firearms between uncle and nephew. The police seize a firearm and ammunition. The 67-year-old man who threatened his grandson with a firearm, for property reasons, is put in handcuffs.
Upon receiving the notification of a conflict in the village of Mërqi, where the PN citizen shot his nephew, the FN citizen, with a firearm, the services of the Lezhë Police Station and the "Shqiponja" Force immediately went to the given address.

Thanks to the intervention in time, the escalation of the conflict was prevented and the firearm, a pistol with military ammunition, allegedly possessed by the PN citizen, 67 years old, resident in Merqi, Lezhë, was seized.

During the search in this citizen's apartment, a quantity of military ammunition was also found.
At the end of the first investigative actions, the crime investigation specialists of the Lezhe Police Station made

the arrest in flagrante delicto of the PN citizen, for the criminal offenses "Intimidation" and "Unauthorized production and possession of military weapons and ammunition".
The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions. /CNA
