They blackmailed through Instagram that they would publish their intimate

The Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance has registered criminal proceedings no. 1442 dated 11.10.2022 for the criminal offense of "Extortion by means of threats or violence to give away property", provided by articles 109/bi of the Criminal Code based on the report of EK citizens  

This citizen was blackmailed through the Instagram platform to make his intimate relationship public. The authors demanded 3,000 euros not to make the intimate relationship public. 
On the part of the prosecution body, authorization was given to perform the simulation action of handing over the money.

On 11.10.2022 at around 10:45 a.m. near "Rita Park" the meeting between the victim EK and HP took place, where the victim handed over 3000 Euros to the citizen HP. This person came in his Taxi vehicle with license plate EL 6... A. This action is also documented with service reports from the Operational Section of DVP Elbasan.

On the part of the prosecutor of the case, the telephone number and the other numbers which resulted in the dynamics have been placed under surveillance.

After the delivery, the taxi left for Tirana, followed by the police forces, and after spotting the police, changed the route. Afterwards, the judicial police arrested the citizens HP, SH and Xh.Gj, and the citizen under investigation AH was followed while she was free.

The investigation for this criminal proceeding was followed in cooperation with the judicial police services in DVP Elbasan. /CNA.al
