500 thousand euros of drug-related assets seized

As a result of the investigations conducted by the Money Laundering Investigation Section and the Tirana Prosecution Office, based on a registered proceeding for the criminal offense "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", the "Source" operation was finalized.

As part of the operation, the decision to seize the assets of citizen B. Ll. (convicted in the United Kingdom for cultivating narcotic plants in a closed environment) and his family members was executed. The seized assets, worth approximately 500,000 euros, located in Kamzë, are:

-1 residential building;

-2 vehicles of the “Jeep” and “Opel Corsa” types;

-1 commercial activity with the object of buying, selling and repairing vehicles.
