Kidnapped and raped a citizen / 44-year-old arrested in Tirana

He forcibly took a 31-year-old man into a vehicle, deprived him of his freedom and raped him. As a result of the quick actions of the Police, the 44-year-old man was caught red-handed and put in handcuffs.

The services of Police Commissariat No. 6, after receiving notification that a 31-year-old man had been forcibly taken away in a vehicle by a citizen, immediately organized the work to identify the perpetrator and bring him to legal responsibility.

As a result of the swift actions taken by the Crime Investigation specialists of Police Station No. 6, citizen DP, 44 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught red-handed and put in handcuffs.

The investigation suspects that the 44-year-old, for weak motives, forcibly took citizen LM, 31, into his vehicle, deprived him of his liberty, kept him in the vehicle for almost 2 hours, and punched him.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
