"Operation" in action/ Details of the shooting in Mamurras revealed, 2

Following the operations of the Special Operations Force Directorate, carried out after exchanging information and coordinating operational actions with international partners, with the aim of capturing wanted citizens, information has been provided on the location of the wanted citizen Leonard Dema, 23 years old, born in Mamurras, sentenced to 7 years in prison by the Court of Trento, for attempted murder.

During the operation to capture the wanted person, at the moment of the intervention, at a gas station on the "Mamurras-Laç" road axis, the 23-year-old, who was accompanied by citizen A. F, and was traveling by vehicle, as soon as he noticed the officers, attempted to hit them with his vehicle, endangering their lives, and the accompanying person pointed a firearm, a pistol, at the Police services.

Police services, in self-defense, during the intervention to neutralize them, injured citizen Leonard Dema, who is under the care of doctors.

Following the procedural actions, citizen AF, 28 years old, who was accompanying the wanted citizen, was also arrested in flagrante delicto.

A pistol firearm was also seized.

Investigations continue in cooperation with the AMP, and under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office.
