Shërbimet e Qarkullimit Rrugor,  pas publikimit të një videoje në rrjetin social TikTok, në të cilën shfaqej një shtetas që përdorte aparatin celular gjatë drejtimit të mjetit, menjëherë organizuan punën për identifikimin dhe kapjen e tij.

Në bulevardin "Dëshmorët e Kombit", shërbimet e Policisë kanë ndaluar mjetin me drejtues shtetasin E. D., 21 vjeç, i cili drejtonte mjetin duke përdorur celularin, pa vendosur rripin e sigurisë dhe pa leje drejtimi.

Gjatë testit të kryer me AquilaScan rezultoi se ky shtetas drejtonte mjetin, nën efektin e lëndëve narkotike.

Në vijim të veprimeve u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasit E. D., për veprën penale "Drejtimi i automjeteve në mënyrë të parregullt".
