Wanted from Italy for drugs/ The 54-year-old man is arrested with the intention of extradition in Durrës

The Durrës police have arrested a person who is wanted internationally.

The Blues inform that they have provisionally handcuffed, with the aim of extraditing to Italy, the citizen Arian Malo.

The 54-year-old was sentenced to imprisonment by the judicial authorities in Italy for several criminal offenses in the field of narcotics and economic crimes.

Specifically, the Court of Appeal of Perugia has sentenced the 54-year-old man to 4 years and 10 months of imprisonment, for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics", "Non-payment of taxes and social security". and "False declaration", provided by the Italian Criminal Code.

Interpol Tirana is continuing to cooperate with counterparts, to extradite Arian Malo to Italy./ CNA
