They took a 23-year-old hostage / Two women were arrested in Tirana, they forced

The Tirana police have arrested two women, AQ, 40 years old and E. L, 36 years old, after taking a 23-year-old hostage.

The blue uniforms indicate that the two women forcibly took the 23-year-old into their car and threatened her for flimsy reasons. 

Police notification:

They took away the freedom of a citizen and threatened her, for weak motives, thanks to the immediate reaction of the Police, the 2 suspected perpetrators were identified and put in handcuffs.

Services of Police Station No. 3, immediately after receiving the notification that two citizens had forcibly taken a 46-year-old woman in their vehicle, and had threatened her for weak motives, they immediately organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrators of this incident, and putting them before the legal responsibility.

As a result of the immediate response of the services of Police Station No. 3, the 2 suspected perpetrators were identified and arrested, citizens AQ, 40 years old, living in Kamëz, and EL, 36 years old, living in Tirana.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the two arrested women, in cooperation with each other, on 12.10.2023, on "Egnatia" street, took by force in their vehicle and threatened a 46-year-old woman, for weak motives.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions. / CNA
