The Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana has ordered a prison sentence for Hamza Tola, a service employee at the Ministry of Justice.

Tola's arrest was carried out on the evening of July 15 by the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, after prosecutor Elvin Gokaj asked the court to set the security measure of "prison arrest" for Tola.

Hamza Tola took an amount of 3 thousand euros from the citizen to legalize a hotel in Saranda. The work was finished in three weeks, but very soon Hamza Tola continued to ask for money again for the mortgage of the property, as he had strong connections in the mortgage of Saranda.

Tola was employed as a realtor in the Ministry of Justice, while previously he had also worked as a driver at the Prosecutor's Office of Serious Crimes.
