The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes at the DVP Tirana, under the guidance of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana, after a genuine investigative work, successfully organized and finalized the coded police operation "Trade".

As a result of this operation, the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto:

- L. Ll., 28 years old, resident in Tirana, administrator of a call center entity. 

Gjithashtu, u proceduan penalisht në gjendje të lirë shtetaset V. L., 25 vjeçe, E. H., 22 vjeçe, I. P., 22 vjeçe, S. H., 26 vjeçe dhe A. Ç., 22 vjeçe, të pesta banuese në Tiranë, të punësuara si operatore në këtë subjekt.

Në vijim të veprimeve u shpall në kërkim pronari i këtij subjekti, shtetasi G. C., 31 vjeç, banues në Tiranë.

Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se shtetasi L. Ll. administronte një subjekt privat call center, me pronar shtetasin G. C., në rrugën "Myslym Shyri". Në këtë subjekt të paregjistruar në organet kompetente ishin të punësuara si operatore shtetaset V. L., E. H., I. P., S. H. dhe A. Ç., të cilat, së bashku me administratorin, telefononin shtetas të huaj, u prezantoheshin si agjentë shitjesh dhe përmes mashtrimit, i bindnin ata që të investonin në bursën fiktive Forex.

As a result of the operation, 4 mobile devices, sums of money suspected to have benefited from this criminal activity, as well as the list with the data of foreign nationals who were allegedly deceived into investing in fictitious stock exchanges, were seized as material evidence.

The work continues for the complete documentation of this criminal activity and the capture of the GC/ CNA.al citizen
