The most interesting evidence that led to the identification of some of the people suspected of organizing and participating in the murder of businessman Mondi Mëhalla is that of a citizen from the village of Rajcë in Përrenjas.

She also turns out to be the real owner of the BMW X1 vehicle, in which the three people who stopped in Tirana to meet with the citizen from Lezha, Rolando Gjoni, were traveling.

In order to take the latter's black 'Audi' A4 car that was used the next day in the murder of Mondi Mëhalla in Elbasan. Citizen Sh.T. who said that the 'BMW' X1 car that comes out of the garage of a building in Tirana, on November 29, 2025, is her property. And she had left it for use by her nephew, Nevzat Spaho.

So, according to the investigations, it turned out that the perpetrator of the murder of Mondi Mëhalla and his accomplice, after committing the crime and burning the 'Audi' A4 vehicle, which turns out to be owned by Xhino Ago, in the village of Mirakë, left there in a 'BMW' X1 car owned by Nevzat Spaho's grandmother.

Spaho, who, together with Marsel Arani and citizen Oklid Ndino EL Ouejdi, was also one of the people who met to receive on November 29, in Tirana, on the orders of Armando Kola, from Rolando Gjoni, the black 'Audi' A4 vehicle, which was used a day later to kill Mondi Mahalla.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that on November 30, 2025, at around 8:27 p.m., at the location called 'Xhaxhi Oil' Fuel, an unidentified person shot citizen Mondi Mëhalla with a firearm and then fled in the direction of the Elbasan-Librazhd road axis in an 'Audi' A4 vehicle, black in color, with a luggage rack, with license plates AB 977 GE. This vehicle was found burned in the location called Mirakë village, in the city of Librazhd.

From the footage taken near the road axis at the location where the burned vehicle was found, a light similar to that of an explosion is observed.

Likewise, following the review of the footage, a dark-colored vehicle was observed leaving the road leading to the place where the car was burned, and leaving in the direction of the Miraka-Librazhd road axis.

During the search of his apartment, a black hoodie, found hanging on a clothesline, was seized as material evidence.

This evidence reveals that Mondi Mehalla had physically raped Oklid El Ouejd inside the gas station premises, for a business deal that is said to be worth 700 thousand euros, where, unable to pay this amount, Oklid El Ouejd had offered Mondi Mehalla four apartments in Tirana, but which had ownership problems.

This is said to have also angered businessman Mahalla, who chose to rape his business partner. But what still remains unclear is the naivety that accompanied part of the group suspected of participating in the crime.
