Gambling in a bar/ The 37-year-old administrator was arrested in flagrante

A 37-year-old citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto, after gambling was organized in the bar he managed.

The arrest of citizen AZ was carried out on "Kole Koçi" street in Tirana.

During the police operation codenamed "Bet", 1 mobile phone was seized.

Cybercrime Investigation Specialists, in continuation of their work to crack down on illegality in the field of gambling, within the framework of the police operation codenamed "Bet", have organized inspections in various premises and environments that may be available for organizing illegal lotteries. As a result of the inspections, one case of this activity has been identified.

Following the actions in the case, citizen AZ, 37 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, after games of chance were organized in the bar he managed, on "Kole Koçi" street. A mobile phone found in the bar, which was used for this illegal activity, was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action./ CNA
