The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal requested by Erzen Breçani, Dedan Gjoni and Besmir Murati.

Arrested after the "Metamorfoza" operation, Breçani, Gjoni and Murati had requested a change in the security measure.

"The non-acceptance of the appeal presented by the persons under investigation Bujar Ajeti (Gremizi), Erzeni Breçani, Dedan Gjoni and Besmir Murati, against decision no. 87-2024-4 (01), dated 04.01.2024, of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime", the decision of the Supreme Court states.

This criminal group was discovered after a SPAK operation and the analysis of Sky Ecc and Encrochat chats.
