The Sector of the Korça Police Supervision Agency, in the framework of the fight against smuggling and abusive actions at border crossings, from the information received on the operational road and in cooperation with the structures of the Local Police Directorate of Korça, has caught the citizen KA in flagrante delicto while transporting goods. various industrial, fuel, etc .; avoiding customs procedures and duties from the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point.

- V. S., 42 vjeç, me detyrë Doganier pranë Degës Doganore Kapshticë.

Në vijim të veprimeve paraprake hetimore dhe pas konsultimit me prokurorin u referuan materialet proceduriale në gjendje të lire për veprat penale “Kontrabanda me mallra të tjerë”, ”Korupsioni aktiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”, parashikuar nga nenet 174 dhe 244 të Kodit Penal për shtetasin K.A., 52 vjeç, banues në Bilisht.
