Caught with cocaine and cannabis in vehicle/ 41-year-old man arrested in Vlora

A 41-year-old man has been arrested in Vlora, who was transporting narcotics in a vehicle, with the intention of selling them in the city of Vlora.

Quantities of cocaine and cannabis, ready for sale, are seized.

Following intensified controls and based on the information obtained, the services of the Narcotics Investigation Section, with the immediate intervention of the Eagle Special Force, organized and finalized the crackdown on a case of drug sales. As a result, the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto:

• EV, 41 years old, resident of Lushnja.

During the search of the "Hyundai" vehicle, driven by this citizen, the Police services found and seized, as material evidence, a quantity of suspected cocaine and a quantity of suspected cannabis sativa, divided into 4 plastic packages.

At the conclusion of the actions, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further actions, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics". /CNA
