Valter Bami, the brother of Durim Bami, a well-known name in the justice system, has broken the security measure of "house arrest".

As reported, during a routine traffic check by the Elbasan traffic police, the police officer stopped an 'Audi' vehicle driven by citizen E. S., where Valter Bami was a passenger.
