Incinerator of Fier/ Appeal of GJKKO returns the file for retrial with another

The appeal of GJKKO returns the file for the Fier incinerator for retrial with another panel.

Court Decision:

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Engert Pëllumbi (chairman), Dhimitër Lara (member) and Miliana Muça (member), on 19.12.2024, announced the decision regarding the registered case with no. 26 act, date 04.04.2024 registration, on the appeal of the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, as well as on the appeals of the appellants/defendants LK, AB, PA, SC, FM, A.Sh., AK, EM, KZ, LD, AD, JY, against decision no. 57, dated 25.09.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, and decided:

The annulment of the decision no. 57, dated 25.09.2023 of the Special Court of the First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, and the return of the acts to this court with another judicial body.

Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Supreme Court within 20 (twenty) days from the day after its announcement.
