The police have identified a person involved in the assassination attempt in Don Bosco, where the bartender of the bar was a victim, who was shot with a barrage of weapons.

The court of Tirana today left in prison the 28-year-old N.Sh., who provided the conditions and materials for the assassination of Don Bosco.

The young man ensured the acquisition of foreign license plates in the German state and their bringing to Albania, where he then gave them to the perpetrators.

As a function of this proceeding, numerous investigative actions were carried out and warrants were executed in Germany and Kosovo.

In-depth investigative actions continue for clarification and legal documentation of the event that occurred on 12.03.2023, where a citizen was killed.

Following the work for clarification and legal documentation of the event that took place on 12.03.2023, on "Anastas Shundi" street, which is about the murder of the citizen Mimoza Paja and the damage/injury of several other citizens in the premises of a bar owned by the MURATI brothers, we inform you as follows:

Today, on 07.06.2023, the execution of decision No. 1220 dated 07.06.2023 of the Tirana Judicial District Court, which has decided to assign the personal security measure of "Prison arrest" to the person under investigation N. Sh., 28 years old, born and resident in Fushë - Kuqe, Laç, (currently under investigation with the security measure "Arrest in prison" also for other criminal offenses) as a suspect for committing the criminal offense "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder".

From the totality of investigative actions carried out in the function of criminal proceedings no. 1700 of the year 2023 has resulted that the person under investigation, citizen N. Sh., with active actions provided the conditions and material means that served to commit the criminal offense. These actions consist of obtaining foreign license plates in the German state, bringing them to Albania, and making these license plates available to third parties (authors), who then stored and used these license plates in a "BMË" type vehicle. ” series 5, the day of the event.

The "BMË" type vehicle, along with German license plates, was found burnt in the village of Likmetaj, Manez, Durrës.

As a function of this proceeding, numerous investigative actions were carried out and warrants were executed in Germany and Kosovo.
