The Court of Appeal has acquitted Ergys Kolaveri, who was accused of attempted murder against Gazmir Daci.

It is also learned that the court has also declared Enea Caka innocent, who was accused of not reporting the crime.

We remind you that Ergys Kolaveri was arrested with fanfare in 2016. On the afternoon of July 30, 2016, it was reported that Kolaveri shot with a sniper in the direction of a cell in Vaqarri prison, targeting Gazmir Daci.

But this attempt failed and Kosovar Lili Dulajn was wounded by mistake.

Only a few binoculars were found in Kolaver's vehicle. In 2017, he was sentenced by the Serious Crimes Court to 20 years in prison for attempted murder. But now he has been released, being declared innocent./ BA - CNA.al
