An action for the capture of Ibrahim Liçi, wanted by the Albanian justice system, has recently taken place in Turkey.

His name is associated with sensational events that took place in the city of Shkodra. He is also the author of the murder of two brothers Ibrahim and Astrit Bilali in Shkodër, an event that happened on March 30, 2019.

At that time, his two associates, Arsen Stojku, 29, and Mislim Rama, 23, from Vau i Deja, were arrested, while Liçi himself was declared wanted.
