The "Eagle" forces have located and handcuffed the PC citizen, 49 years old, who was declared wanted two weeks ago as part of the Clean Territory operation.

The 49-year-old was accused by SPAK of criminal activity in the field of narcotics. In the premises of the facility owned by citizen P. C, narcotic plants in the process of drying and a quantity of military ammunition were found, which were seized as material evidence.

For this citizen, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has set the security measure, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in cooperation.   

"Declared wanted 2 weeks ago, as part of the "Clean Territory" mega-operation, and accused by the SPAK, of criminal activity in the field of narcotics, the 49-year-old was captured and put in handcuffs.

In implementation of the plan of measures drawn up within the national mega-operation "Clean Territory", for the attack on the criminal activity of cultivating narcotic plants, the identification and capture of the perpetrators, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes of the Malësi e Madhe Police Station , in cooperation with the services of the Special Force "Shqiponja", based on the information provided by the police intelligence, located, captured and imprisoned the citizen PC, 49 years old.

This citizen was wanted as part of the "Clean Territory" mega-operation, as he allegedly cultivated 321 saplings and 52 narcotic plants in the village of Gruemire, which were found and destroyed by the Police 2 weeks ago. In the premises of the object owned by the citizen PC, some narcotic plants were also found in the process of drying and a quantity of military ammunition, which were seized as material evidence.        

Also, for this citizen, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has set the security measure, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration.   

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Shkodër, for further actions", the police informs. / CNA
