The police announced this Monday the arrest of an Albanian wanted in Italy.

It is about Alex Ndreka, otherwise known as Alexi i Druve.

He is a well-known character in the world of crime in the city of Lezha.

In recent years, Leksi i Druve has survived 3 assassination attempts, the last of which was from the air. Opponents tried to physically eliminate him through a drone, but could not succeed.

He was also attacked in 2020 on the Lezhë Laç highway. He was injured there, but managed to escape after leaving the area and went himself to the regional hospital of Lezha, where he received medical help. Even in that case, the perpetrators managed to lose their tracks, after burning the car in the village of Pllana in Lezha.

Also, in March of last year, he was shot at with a firearm by as yet unidentified persons, but no bullet hit him.

Aleks Ndreka (Deda) is also known for his clashes with the former deputy of the SP, Arben Ndoka, who are said to have reconciled in the church with the mediation of Ardian Nikulaj.
