Forcefully entered a bank in Korça/ The perpetrator was caught

The police of Korça identify, capture and handcuff the citizen who forcibly entered the premises of a second level bank in Korça.

After intensive checks that lasted 24 hours, the Korca Police made it possible to locate and capture the 38-year-old.

Immediately after the event that happened on the evening of December 21, in district no. 3, Korçë, the services of the Korçë Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the services of the Korçë Police Station, carried out continuous checks to catch the perpetrator.

After the identification of the suspected perpetrator, based on police intelligence, the Police located in district no. 6 in Korça and arrested the citizen V. Xh., 38 years old, a resident of Korça.  

On 21.12.2024, around 10:05 p.m., the 38-year-old man forcibly entered the premises of a second-level bank, where he stayed for a few seconds and left as soon as he found the services of the Police, without taking anything.

It is reported that the 38-year-old man stated to the police that he does not remember anything about the incident, saying that he was drunk./ CNA
