The police have cracked a case of cocaine distribution in doses.

The action was organized after the Blues received information on the operative route about some citizens from Rrogozhina traveling towards Korca who were suspected of transporting narcotics.

At the entrance to the city of Korça, a suspected Benz type vehicle with foreign license plates driven by citizen AD was stopped, a vehicle that was alerted by Interpol Rome.

Three other citizens, a Turk, a 17-year-old girl and a 34-year-old man were traveling in the vehicle.

During the search of the vehicle, the Police services found and seized as material evidence a quantity of cocaine, a significant amount of money around 9000 euros.

As well as during the search carried out by the Kavaja Police, in the residences of these citizens in Rrogozhin, the police found a firearm and a pistol in the residence of the Turkish citizen.

From the investigative actions carried out by the Narcotics Investigation Specialists at DVP Korçë, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:

 AD, 40 years old, resident of Rrogozhin, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" carried out in cooperation and "Trafficking of motor vehicles".

Turkish citizens O. Ç., 44 years old, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" carried out in collaboration and "Production and illegal possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

E. Xh., 34 years old, resident of Rrogozhina and a 17-year-old woman for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in cooperation.

Following the procedural rulings, a citizen who is suspected to be involved in this activity, specifically the citizen GK, 20 years old, resident in Rrogozhin, has been criminally prosecuted for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" carried out in cooperation.

Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, work continues on the complete legal documentation of this case.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions./ CNA
