The court of Lezha has given the decision for the executor of the businessman of the stoves in Sanxhak of Laçi, as well as for his associate.

The author of the crime, Llej Lika, was sentenced to 27 years in prison, while the driver of the vehicle, his accomplice, Klaudio Gjergji alias Beleshi, was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

The execution of the businessman in Kurbin was carried out for revenge, while Llej Lika presented his father and friend, stating that he killed Rakip Roli.

The motive of this crime is related to a rape that the victim and his two sons committed on July 8, 2021 in Sanxhak, Llej Likës, who, as a sign of revenge and to bring dignity to the country, killed Roli, as soon as he came out of his house.

Rakip Roli was killed on December 10, 2021, while he was traveling in his vehicle when two people cut off his path and shot him with machine gun fire./ CNA
