Details from the accident/ The truck driver lost his life

The police have released details of the accident recorded this afternoon on the Kardhiq-Delvina road axis.

The Blues report that the truck that left the road and fell into the abyss was loaded with cement and was driven by a 31-year-old man with the initials AM

The latter has lost control for reasons that are not yet known.

Unfortunately, the young man died due to the injuries he received from the accident.

"Around 4:20 p.m., on the Kardhiq-Delvin road axis, near the Skërfica tunnel, citizen AM, 31 years old, allegedly lost control of the truck he was transporting cement with. As a result, the vehicle left the road and was engulfed in flames.  

Due to the injuries, the AM citizen lost his life.   

The investigative group is working to fully elucidate the circumstances of the accident," said the police announcement./ CNA
