Three children, victims of sexual abuse, have been identified and taken into custody after an action by Europol and Interpol , while two perpetrators have also been arrested.

Also, 33 specialists from 26 different countries were engaged for this action.

The operation was carried out as part of the 13th edition of the Europol Victim Identification Task Force and is a Europol initiative aimed at identifying victims and offenders featured in child sexual abuse materials.

Since 2014, Europol has regularly brought together victim identification experts from around the world to focus on unsolved child sexual abuse cases. Over 695 children have been protected and 228 offenders have been arrested as a result of the operations.
