Serious accident in Tirana/ One person lost his life

A serious accident was recorded this Friday morning near the Shkoza Bridge, in Tirana.

A car driven by a GM citizen hit a person on a bicycle, while the latter was crossing the other side of the road.

As a result, the driver of the bike with the initials VS lost his life. The police immediately went to the scene and started investigations to clarify the causes and the full circumstances of the accident.

"On 14.06.2024, at around 8:20 a.m., at the Shkoza roundabout, citizen GM, 55 years old, while driving the vehicle, had an accident with an unidentified citizen who was riding a bicycle, who died as a result of the accident.

The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident," said the police announcement./ CNA
