Tragic accident in Tirana/ Court releases two drivers from prison

Citizens T. SH. and VK, arrested for the tragic accident that caused the death of a 7-year-old on "Kastriotët" street, have been released from their cells and the court has ordered them to house arrest.

During the statements given before the court, citizen T.SH. said that he had stopped and given some money to the minor, which had fallen on the ground.

He stated that he had not noticed the child and, when the traffic light turned green, his car hit the minor, who was trying to get the money. Meanwhile, citizen VK said that she had been behind the SUV and did not have a clear view of the incident.
