Vu?i?: Blinken warned me about sanctions against Serbia

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, appeared in a press conference this Friday, after the telephone conversation with the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.

He said that the conversation was "long" and "not easy", since Blinken had warned him about sanctions against Serbia.

"The thing we agreed on is that expansion is needed, that a significantly greater role of KFOR is needed," Vucic said, adding that he would like KFOR's role to be "exclusive, especially in the north." of Kosovo.

Vucic revealed his insistence on not admitting that the attack had anything to do with Serbia, while also showing disagreements.

"We did not agree on the nature of what happened in Kosovo, especially on the sovereignty of Kosovo", he continued.

As for the resigned vice president of the Serbian List, Millan Radoj?i?, the Serbian president declared that he "will have to respond" to the invitation of the competent state bodies.

"I'm sure the authorities have reason to ask questions, and whether the prosecutor will prosecute him and for what crime, that's not a question for me. It is a question for the prosecutor and other competent state bodies.

If anyone thought that he [Radojcic] would run away or hide, he won't," he added.

This conversation between Vucic and Blinken comes a few days after the attack in Banjské i Zveçan, when an armed group attacked the Kosovo Police.

Meanwhile, today, Radojciqi admitted that he was a member of the armed group that opened fire in Kosovo./ CNA
