Trump after ceasefire: Countries supplying weapons to Iran will be taxed 50%

The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has reacted on social media after the ceasefire reached with Iran.

Trump says the US and Iran will discuss tariff and sanctions relief with Iran, adding that many of the 15 points have been agreed upon.

“The United States will work closely with Iran, which we have determined has undergone what will be a very productive regime change! There will be no uranium enrichment, and the United States, working with Iran, will dig up and remove all deeply buried nuclear ‘dust’ (from B-2 bombers).

"It is now and has been under very strict satellite surveillance (Space Force!). Nothing has been touched since the date of the attack. We are talking and will talk about easing tariffs and sanctions with Iran. Many of the 15 points have already been agreed to," Trump's post said.

The US president also stated in a second reaction that any country that supplies Iran with military weapons will be subject to a 50% tariff on any goods sold to the United States.

"Any country that supplies military weapons to Iran will be immediately subject to a 50% tariff on all goods sold to the United States. There will be no exceptions," Trump's tweet said. /CNA
