Trump paralajmëron Iranin: Ose do të kemi një marrëveshje, ose do të ndodhin gjëra të pakëndshme

Presidenti i SHBA-së, Donald Trump ka njoftuar se negociatat me Iranin janë në fazat e tyre përfundimtare. Megjithatë, ai përsëriti paralajmërimin e tij ndaj Teheranit se do të nisnin sulme të mëtejshme nëse Irani nuk pranonte një marrëveshje.

"Jemi në fazat e fundit të negociatave me Iranin. Do të shohim çfarë do të ndodhë. Ose do të kemi një marrëveshje ose do të bëjmë disa gjëra paksa të pakëndshme, por shpresojmë se kjo nuk do të ndodhë. Do ta provojmë vetëm një herë. Nuk kam asnjë nxitim. Idealisht, do të doja të shihja pak njerëz të vrarë, në vend që të vriteshin shumë", u tha Trump gazetarëve.

Të hënën, Trump njoftoi shtyrjen e çdo sulmi ndaj Iranit pas kërkesave nga udhëheqësit e Katarit, Arabisë Saudite dhe Emirateve të Bashkuara Arabe. 

Një ditë më vonë, zëvendëspresidenti i SHBA-së, JD Vance, tha po ashtu se negociatat midis Uashingtonit dhe Teheranit që synonin t'i jepnin fund luftës po përparonin mirë. /CNA
