Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko, who is in Madrid for the NATO summit, today called on the North Atlantic Alliance to "speed up" arms shipments to Ukraine, explaining that such support is necessary for " return to peace ”in Europe.

"We expect from the NATO summit that it will allow the acceleration of arms deliveries to the Ukrainian army," Vitali Klitschko said when asked by reporters what he expected from the summit.
